SimpliSafe® Business Security

SimpliSafe® Business Security customers can now monitor multiple cameras at once from a single dashboard in their SimpliSafe® Online Account with the Multi-Camera Live Streams beta. This feature offers a streamlined way to see more, stay aware, and respond quickly with full-screen viewing right at your fingertips.

Requirements

• Eligible Plans: Pro Plus Business, Pro Business, Core Business

• Supported Cameras: Outdoor Camera Series 2, Wireless Outdoor Security Camera, Smart Alarm Wireless Indoor Security Camera

• Supported User Roles: Account Owner Only

Not Supported:

• Unsupported Cameras: SimpliCam®, Video Doorbell Pro

• Ineligible Systems: SS2 (Original SimpliSafe®). To learn more about our upgrade offerings, please contact our support team for assistance.

• Unsupported User Roles: Admin, Staff Member

How to Access Multi-Camera Live Streams

1. Log into your SimpliSafe® Online Account using the browser of your choice 

2. From the left navigational menu, select Cameras

1. If you do not see Cameras, select the three-bar icon (hamburger icon) to expand the menu

3. Supported cameras will automatically begin to stream from this page

Please note, streams will automatically time out after a period of inactivity. If your view pauses, simply refresh the page in your browser to start streaming again.
